In 1978, the Managing Director of J & R Frozen Foods Limited, Tony Jones, founded J & R Seafoods,a company specialising in fish and shellfish. With the expansion of product range into all areas of frozen foods, J & R Frozen Foods Limited was formed in february 2000, and is now able to supply a wide range of frozen foods and seafoods to order. In 2005 the name of the company was changed to J&R Food Service Ltd to represent more closely the companies business, which now provides a complete service of six days a week delivery of a full range of Ambient, Chilled and Frozen foods.

The company is situated on the Exeter Airport Business Park, within minutes of the M5/A30. This is an ideal position from which to service our customers throughout Devon,West/South Somerset and East Cornwall. The move to these custom built premises was made in 1993 and the planned expansion of the company has necessitated the building of a new cold store, completed in December 2001. The original storage capacity has doubled enabling us to stock an even wider range of products.
A sound and loyal customer base has been established within all areas of the food sector industry and the company remains committed to providing quality products at competitive prices.
